Tribeca Loft, NY

This 750 sq. ft. loft apartment is located in a turn of the century warehouse on one of Tribeca’s most coveted cobbled streets. The project was highly collaborative and accomplished remotely with the client who is a resident of London, England.The original architecture of the space was preserved, with no walls or partitions and the existing floors were sanded and primed with an oil-based finish. The brick walls were stripped and re-pointed while the entry door was relocated to make room for a sleeping area including floor to ceiling doors opening to closet space. A laundryroom was added with stacked washer/dryer including storage. The kitchenette is a custom design and the bathroom underwent a complete renovation transforming into a minimalist, crisp and functional space. This apartment awaits a shipment from London to complete the desired look with linen fabrics, upholstered leather chairs, a vintage tufted sofa and metal industrial dining chairs, artwork and more.
