This 2-story townhome with 3-bedrooms each including an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, underwent a complete renovation. The design theme is characterized by an understated monochromatic palette and a subtle mix of mid-century furnishings, lighting, antiques and artwork. The open plan living/dining areas share common colors of rich browns, gold and beige tones. The original fireplace mantel was replaced with a wall of 7″ European raw oak planks and the dining space is furnished with a Sycamore custom table to seat 12. The kitchen was enlarged, and a TV sitting area was added. The artwork and sculptural pieces throughout the home are 18th and 19th European. The living room chandelier is an early design from Philippe Parent Studio. The townhome is surrounded by beautiful woodlands and the interior design of this home is equally delicate and peaceful.
